Avida Land Corp. launched its second residential project, Avida Towers Abreeza to cater to value-conscious young professionals with a busy lifestyle that imbibes the progressive growth of Davao City.

As the premier city of Davao Region, Davao City has since been tagged as an attractive business and investment hub of Mindanao.

The largest city in the Philippines is also one of the biggest local economies in the country and named as a Next Wave BPO (business process outsourcing) City.

And Davao City offers so much more than urban living convenience.  Scenic parks, orchid farms and fruit plantations, lush forests, beautiful beaches such as Samal Island and the country’s highest peak, Mt. Apo, are easily accessible from the bustling city.

To cater to value conscious young professionals with a busy lifestyle that imbibes the progressive growth of Davao City, Avida Land Corp. launched its second residential project, Avida Towers Abreeza, located in Abreeza District.

Located along J.P. Laurel Ave., Avida Towers Abreeza introduced its first tower, which will have 23 residential floors with 736 residential units.

Three podium parking floors will also be available for future residents of the condominium.  Amenities, meanwhile, will include an adult lap pool, kiddie pool, clubhouse, lawn and play area.

Homebuyers can choose from studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units that range from from 22 sqm to 52 sqm.  Unit prices start at P2.9 million.  Expected date of completion is on December 2023.

According to Avida Land assistant vice president of project and strategic management group Herbert Herrero, the project also aims to make life easier for its residents by providing essential systems such as back-up power, 24/7 security, fire systems and waste disposal systems among others.

Herrero added, “Avida is looking to further expand its presence in the next five years by potentially offering horizontal subdivision developments in Davao Region.”

Avida Towers Abreeza promises to provide that urban living convenience in a relaxing community surrounded by wide green spaces. Its strategic location on J.P. Laurel Ave. also gives its residents ease of access to schools, malls, offices and BPOs via readily available public transportation.

The launch of Avida Towers Abreeza only shows that Avida Land Corp., the mid range brand of property giant Ayala Land Inc., is continuing its foray into the condo segment.  It has been Avida’s thrust to provide thoughtfully-designed homes in secure communities.

With the five pillars of accessibility, unique features and amenities, quality assurance, stress-free buying and relaxing living experience integrated in all its condominium and house and lot properties, Avida has become the developer of choice among the rising middle class as it continues to expand its product offerings across the country.

Abreeza District, a joint venture between Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) and Anflo Management and Investment Corporation (Anflocor) is an estate project of Ayala Land.  The 10-ha development has a mix of residential and commercial components namely Abreeza Residences, Abreeza Place and Patio Suites by Alveo; Ayala Malls Abreeza, Seda Hotel and Corporate Center.

The launch of Avida Towers Abreeza will increase the total development of Abreeza District to 12 hectares.

Avida Towers Abreeza has already generated approximately P705 million of revenue or equivalent to 180 units for its first tower.
