Avida sets pace for discerning Batangueños

Avida launched the first phase of Avida Settings Lipa in the fourth quarter last year.
It features house-and-lot packages of 52 sqm. to 82 sqm., ranging from P4.8 million to P7.2 million. Also offered were lots measuring from 125 sqm. for P1.6 million, up to 300 sqm. for P4.6 million.
Land value during the launch stood at P14,600 per sqm., and has risen to P15,800 per sqm. in just three months.
For the second phase, house-and-lot, and lot-only offerings are located adjacent to the community’s linear park and 1.4-ha amenity area.
Avida is confident that the premium location of its second phase offerings will help sell out its inventory worth P604 million. Avida Settings Lipa sold out 70 percent of its first phase in just one month.
“We encourage more buyers to consider house-and-lot packages. In the long run, they come out as more convenient investments than just lots. They also gain more flexibility in customizing or expanding their properties in the future with less hassle,” Herrero related.
“We have three modern-contemporary, next-generation design houses for buyers to choose from—all bearing an efficient floor plan layout with zero space wastage. This makes for more livable space for the family. There are larger windows to let natural air and sunshine come through for a well-lighted and well-ventilated space,” he further noted.
