The second tower of High Park, Alveo Land’s signature development in a two-hectare prime land in Quezon City’s Vertis North, was launched on Wednesday by the real estate powerhouse.

High Park is a two-tower high-rise condominium that Alveo Land—the upmarket brand of leading real estate developer Ayala—is putting up in Vertis North. This area is turning out as Quezon City’s first true central business and lifestyle district with construction in full swing.

The launch of High Park Tower Two is considered a monumental milestone since it is less than a year when the first tower was introduced. This is attributed not only to Alveo Land’s highly successful sellout of its first tower but also the sales of P2.7 billion in its first weekend of priority selling. The launch is likewise aimed at addressing the market’s high demand for even more units.

Alveo Land identified its target homebuyers as typically upwardly mobile, urban achievers. It attributes its higher rate of success to creating innovative and groundbreaking lifestyle concepts that are anchored within Ayala Land’s mixed-use, masterplanned estates.

This includes Vertis North, Quezon City’s new main city center strategically located between the main arteries of Edsa, North Avenue, Mindanao Avenue, and Quezon Avenue.

Bruited about as the Enterprise Capital of the North and Quezon City’s first organized, world-class CBD, the ambitious 46-hectare property already has TriNoma as its retail anchor.

More high-end commercial spaces are expected in the upcoming Vertis Mall superhub while leasable office spaces will be available at the new Vertis Corporate Center towers. The CBD will also have Seda Vertis development, which will be the chain’s largest hotel yet.

Landmark green space

Jennylle Tupaz, head of project development for Alveo Land said: “With sustainable solutions at the core of every Ayala Land development, the premier business district of Vertis North will have the two-hectare Vertis Park as its landmark green space, providing fresh environs for its 21st century denizens. Pedestrian-friendly tree-lined streetscapes and integrated bike lanes and paths will help push energy-efficient transport in and around the estate.”

According to Tupaz, conveniently networked underground parking will also be implemented to ease surface traffic flow and allow more pedestrians to enjoy the parks and green architecture of Vertis North.

High Park offers a combination of natural and urban environments in a vertical living experience, enriching life at the core of a dynamic city.

Built on the concept of vertical park living, High Park is expected to bring the verdant garden landscapes typical of QC’s bedroom community to high-rise living spaces.

High Park is strategically located right next to the vast Vertis Park network, after which Alveo Land masterplanned its own adjacent modern park system and built the two iconic towers of High Park right above it.

Thoughtfully designed, High Park reshapes the megacity’s urban landscape by inviting the grace of greens from the ground all the way up.

Interactive milieu

Tupaz said: “High Park is the first Alveo Land project that has brought a terrestrial park experience to a vertical living experience. From al fresco parkside retail spaces to a lush landscaped amenity deck that bridges both towers, leisure and living thrives within High Park’s interactive environments. There are intertwining green spaces within the building design.”

Tupaz said first tower has distinct sky gardens every three floors that allow residents to easily access fresh greenery, while the second tower features a roof deck, sky park and sky lounge that offers spectacular views of the surrounding Quezon City greenscapes.

According to her, the high-rise will also have a board room, function room, indoor fitness gym, outdoor and indoor play areas for children, and a refreshing lounge pool and kiddie pool.

Over 1,450 square meters of parkfront retail spaces for al fresco dining and cafés will be located on the ground floor. Five floors of basement parking will be available.

Turnover of High Park Tower One will be by third quarter of 2019. This will followed by Tower Two in third quarter of 2020.
