Scavolini was founded in Pesaro in 1961, thanks to the initiative of the brothers Valter and Elvino Scavolini. After successfully opening a flagship showroom in New York, United States, the brand has set its sights to worldwide expansion, opening more than 80 mono-brand showrooms within the past decade in cities such as Cairo, Moscow, Dubai, Detroit, Miami, Taipei and Shanghai.
Huge investments
The recently opened Scavolini Manila showroom is located in The Peninsula Manila Hotel in Makati City, where it boasts of five complete kitchens and five bathroom displays. Brian Hontiveros, Scavolini Manila’s general manager, said: “Scavolini makes huge investments in order to design and guarantee products where styling and technology come together to meet all interior design and functional requirements. Scavolini continuously experiments and collaborates with other companies and designers. Just recently, for the Successful Living from Diesel collection, Diesel and Scavolini—two key proponents of Italian style worldwide—have joined forces to create a modern kitchen with materials, treatments and finishes that express all the vintage spirit so central to Diesel’s DNA. With the perfect fusion of the Diesel lifestyle and Scavolini’s experience both companies have created a revolutionary product for its sector.
Another creation of Scavolini is called Motus designed by Vittore Niolu.
