ARTIST’S perspective of Signa Designer Residences lobby

Mybelle Gobio, Robinsons senior vice president, told me that their vision is to create an oasis in the middle of Makati. Thus, Signa Designer Residences has a modern tropical aesthetic, with landscaping and soothing greenery in its central plaza.
The Signa lobby will have a five-star hotel feel, with natural paver stones conveying a tropical ambience. The Grand Atrium will feature 10-meter tall stilts with restaurants, gardens and courtyards all around. Twenty-meter-long reflection pools are integrated into the designs—a clear, open garden in the midst of the city.
Simplicity is the subtle cue throughout Signa. On the second level are full amenities including a gym with showers and steam rooms, swimming pool, meditation enclave, therapy and massage rooms, game room with bar, private theater and function rooms. Families with young children will appreciate the kiddie pool and indoor playroom.
