Manila Broadcasting Co. has announced the postponement of its annual stockholders’ meeting to Sept. 26, 2013, 3 p.m. at Star Theater at Star City, V. Sotto St., CCP Complex, Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City. The record date for stockholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the said meeting is Aug. 30.
