SMDC Nature opens Visayas Hub in Iloilo, deepening its regional presence

SM Development Corporation (SMDC) has opened its SMDC Nature Visayas Hub in Iloilo City, marking a significant step in the company’s continued expansion beyond Metro Manila and its commitment to serve more homebuyers in key regional centers.

Located at SM Strata Tower 2 along Benigno Aquino Avenue, the new hub provides a dedicated regional space for SMDC Nature, the company’s segment focused on creating more balanced, livable, and thoughtfully designed residential communities.

More than a sales office, the Visayas Hub serves as SMDC Nature’s regional anchor in Western Visayas. It operates as a full-service hub with customer service and back-end support functions, bringing SMDC closer to existing homeowners, prospective buyers, local partners, and communities.
