Valero Grand Suites by Swiss-Belhotel introduces The Digital Hotelier to streamline guest services
Valero Grand Suites by Swiss-Belhotel has introduced The Digital Hotelier (TDH), a centralized digital platform designed to simplify guest requests and improve access to hotel services and information. The initiative forms part of the property’s continuing efforts to enhance service efficiency while providing a more seamless stay experience.

The Digital Hotelier is accessible through QR codes placed in every guestroom and in key areas of the hotel, including the Front Office, dining outlets, and meeting rooms. By scanning the code using their mobile devices, guests are directed to a dedicated web portal that consolidates a wide range of hotel services and information into a single interface.

Through the platform, guests can browse dining menus, place food and beverage orders, request amenities, coordinate housekeeping or laundry services, report maintenance concerns, and submit service requests. At the same time, the system allows the hotel staff to receive, organize, and manage requests more efficiently, enabling faster response times and clearer coordination across departments.

In addition to facilitating service requests, the platform also serves as a digital information hub where guests can learn more about the hotel’s facilities, amenities, and available services. By centralizing this information digitally, the hotel reduces reliance on printed directories and informational materials, helping maintain a cleaner and more refined environment within guestrooms and public spaces.
The implementation of The Digital Hotelier reflects Valero Grand Suites by Swiss-Belhotel’s continued commitment to integrating practical technology that supports efficient service delivery while maintaining the hospitality standards associated with Swiss-Belhotel International.
