HONG KONG, China — Jollibee Food Corp.’s flagship Chinese-cuisine brand Tim Ho Wan officially opened its 10th store in Hong Kong, doubling its local footprint just a year after the Philippine group completed its full acquisition of the brand.

The new outlet, located at Mikiki Mall along Prince Edward Road East in San Po Kong, marked a key expansion milestone in Tim Ho Wan’s home market.

The fast-food giant completed the full acquisition of Tim Ho Wan in 2021 after buying out the remaining minority shareholders through its wholly owned subsidiary, Jollibee Worldwide Pte. Ltd. It signed a deal to acquire the final 15-percent stake in Titan Dining LP for 71.56 million Singapore dollars, or about P2.65 billion.
