MANILA, Philippines — Foundever, the service company specialized in customer experience, won multiple citations at the 2025 Asia Corporate Excellence & Sustainability (ACES) Awards. 

The firm’s Philippine operations was named Top Workplace in Asia for the fifth consecutive year. It was also cited as Top Community-Centric Company in Asia for the second year in a row. 

The group also celebrated the recognition of Asia’s Most Inspiring Executives. This was awarded to Willy Lim, VP for human resources, marketing and communications and talent acquisition for Foundever in the Philippines, China and Malaysia.

For Lim, the award reflects a leadership philosophy grounded in balance— “one that sees trust, empathy, and connection as essential to delivering strong business outcomes.”

The ACES Awards is widely regarded as one of the region’s most selective platforms for leadership and sustainability. It recognizes organizations that “demonstrate excellence rooted in strong values, responsible leadership, and measurable impact.”

ACES evaluators also noted that Foundever sustains high performance without losing sight of the people behind the results. In its official citation, ACES highlighted the company’s “practical blend of people-centric empathy and operational discipline.”
