NNIC, JoyRide launch Super Taxi Airport Edition at Naia Terminal 3
Passengers arriving at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Naia) Terminal 3 now have access to a convenient transportation option with the introduction of the JoyRide Super Taxi Airport Edition.
In collaboration with New NAIA Infra Corp (NNIC), the current administrator of Naia, JoyRide offers arriving passengers an affordable and efficient airport transfer service.
Unlike Transport Network Vehicle Services (TNVS), the JoyRide Super Taxi Airport Edition is a metered, on-site taxi service that requires no booking, no apps, and no long queues—providing a comfortable ride experience.

Travelers can visit the JoyRide Super Taxi lounge at the Naia Terminal 3 arrivals area, near the Multi-Level Parking Building, to avail of the service.
No booking or apps required
The JoyRide Super Taxi Airport Edition eliminates the need to download apps or wait for driver matching. Passengers can head directly to the service lounge, where friendly staff assists with their airport transfer.
“We’ve observed that many travelers find it frustrating to navigate ride-hailing apps after a long flight, often facing delays for driver matching. Inspired by dedicated premium airport taxi services in international hubs, the JoyRide Super Taxi Airport Edition simplifies the process—allowing passengers to secure a ride quickly and efficiently,” said Noli Eala, JoyRide SVP for Corporate Affairs.
Passengers can also enjoy in-cabin entertainment and charging ports for added comfort during their trip.
Enhancing Naia’s global image
Naia has previously faced criticism for inadequate services, including transportation options. JoyRide’s collaboration with NNIC aims to address these concerns and improve the airport’s global reputation.
“With the Super Taxi Airport Edition, we are committed to changing perceptions and proving that Naia can deliver a world-class transport service,” Eala added.
The service operates a fleet of Toyota Veloz vehicles, designed to accommodate up to four passengers and six pieces of luggage (four large, two small).
