ICTSI building $800-M Batangas port terminal
MANILA, Philippines — International Container Terminal Services Inc. (ICTSI) is set to build an $800-million terminal with over 2 million-TEU (twenty-foot equivalent unit) capacity in Bauan, Batangas.
The facility will include a 900-meter quay and at least eight ship-to-shore gantry cranes.
Construction will start in the first quarter of next year.

“With the first berth scheduled for completion by the end of 2027, the terminal will become a catalyst for economic growth across Southern Luzon, creating jobs and accelerating regional development,” the Razon-led port said in a disclosure on Monday.
