Ayala Land’s Cresendo Estate to host McDonald’s first Green & Good Store in Tarlac
McDonald’s Philippines (Golden Arches Development Corporation) and Ayala Land Estates celebrated a milestone with the groundbreaking ceremony of McDonald’s first Green & Good store in Tarlac, set to open by November of this year to cater to the growing Tarlac community.
Ayala Land’s (ALI) Cresendo Estate is a master-planned mixed-use development that builds on many local components resembling a new población or bayan infused with modern urban planning solutions and design. Its commercial district is planned to be vibrant and walkable, thoughtfully designed to integrate retail, office, school, residential and civic spaces for a holistic and productive lifestyle.
Other partner locators of the estate development such as Don Bosco Cresendo and MerryMart Grocery are currently being constructed and in full swing. The newest home of the Don Bosco campus is expected to accommodate about 5,000 students at full build. Don Bosco’s technical-vocational education programs and training center aim to equip graduates with technical proficiency and skillsets that will complement the talent requirements of businesses within and around the estate. While MerryMart Grocery is building a full-sized supermarket designed to carry its full line of Grocery, Pharmacy, Personal care and other basic essential products.
“We are proud to welcome and have a McDonald’s flagship Green&Good store in Cresendo. This excites us as the newest branch will be able to cater to the growing communities here in Tarlac and the motorists traversing the bustling Luisita access road. This milestone will further open diverse opportunities for commercial and investment activities, create jobs and overall growth in the province.” said Pol Tanco, Ayala Land Deputy Estate Development Head for Central Luzon and North Metro Manila.
“We look forward to opening our 7th Green and Good McDonald’s flagship store in the country in Ayala Cresendo. With every Green and Good store that we McDonald’s opens, we are able to introduce innovative solutions that elevate the customer experience while creating a positive impact to the community. Customers can expect to enjoy their McDonald’s favorites in a store that will be built and operated with environmental sustainable solutions” said Melanie Salazar, Senior Vice-President for Business Development for McDonald’s Philippines
