Megaworld unveils 10-story residential condo in Palawan

MANILA  -Billionaire Andrew Tan’s Megaworld Corp. is launching its first beachside residential tower in San Vicente, Palawan, which will generate sales of about P2.3 billion.

Dubbed Oceanfront Premier Residences, the 10-story project will feature 189 units with cuts ranging from studio units (32 square meters) to two-bedroom suites (105.5 sqm).

Oceanfront Premier Residences, which will be completed by 2028, is the latest project to rise in Megaworld’s 460-hectare Paragua Coastown township project.

It will feature retail shops and various amenities, such as pools, lounges, a function room, fitness center with yoga area, coworking space, game room and day care area.

Megaworld is upping investments in San Vicente, home to the longest white-sand beach in the country.

The builder also launched the 10-story Savoy Palawan, which offers 306 guest rooms. It is the company’s first hotel in Palawan and the fourth property under the Savoy Hotel portfolio being managed and operated by Megaworld Hotels and Resorts.

Paragua Coastown will eventually feature wellness sanctuaries, a cultural center, educational institutions, as well as more residential developments such as private villas, serviced apartments and themed residential villages.
