MANILA, Philippines — From P400 to more than P600 a kilo recently, the price of onions may drop to  P120-P150 a kilo as local farmers harvest their crop starting the second half of January, the Department of Agriculture (DA) said on Monday.

Agriculture Undersecretary Mercedita Sombilla said onion prices usually drop during the reaping season.
