DTDC breaks ground on ultra-low density condo

Don Tim Development Corporation (DTDC) broke ground Saturday on its Leisure Suites North Cluster C, after a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the newly completed North Cluster B. This is the newest building to be constructed in DTDC’s Leisure Suites project, which won a FIABCI award in the residential low-rise category last December 2021. Two more Leisure Suites clusters are scheduled for completion in 2022.
