Qualified beneficiaries of the second tranche of the Social Amelioration Program (SAP) from Regions I, II, CAR, III, NCR, IV-A, IV-B, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, and XIII can now claim their emergency cash subsidies through any M Lhuillier branch nationwide. Over half a million beneficiaries, who received their reference number through Starpay, have already claimed their cash aid through M Lhuillier.

Those who have yet to claim their stipend may cash out at any of M Lhuillier’s more than 2,500 branches nationwide. Just present a valid I.D. along with the reference number from Starpay to the branch personnel.
