Aurelia Residences offers a new standard of luxury that is thoughtful and timeless.

Details separate masterpieces from flops. So when we say Aurelia Residences is a magnum opus, we mean everything—from the architectural sketches down to the fabrics and finishes is indeed awe-inspiring and opulent.

In fact, the much anticipated development by upscale developer Shang Robinsons Properties Inc., a joint venture between Shang Properties Inc. and Robinsons Land Corp., is set to change the skyline of Bonifacio Global City (BGC) with “the passionate search for elegance” it has taken on.

A powerhouse cast of architects, designers and artisans came together to produce a work that would encapsulate the spirit elicited by the very name of the project itself: elegant, classical, contemporary, beautiful, breathtaking, desirable. The name draws inspiration from “Aureus,” the beautiful Latin root word for gold, and “Aura” which refers to a distinctive atmosphere or quality that surrounds a person, thing or place.

The high rise project’s magnificence was in full display during the inauguration of the Aurelia showsuite, which gave guests a first-hand sneak peek of the true elevated lifestyle.

“We are bringing an unprecedented brand of elegance and luxury,” said Wilfred Woo, executive director of Shang Properties, Inc. and vice chairman of Shang Robinsons Properties. “Our vision is to offer effortlessly elegant living within an urban landscape, especially one that is as fast-paced as what we have here in BGC.”

Pieces making up the sophisticated homes at Aurelia Residences were carefully curated by Francesa Muzio, founder of elite design company FM Architettura d’Interni. The Italian ideal of sprezzatura, an effortless and understated kind of classic elegance, connects all the units. The project also infuses the Filipino flair and artistry.

Boosting the fineness of the rooms is the building’s contemporary design, yielded by Architect Brian Lee of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM), a world-renowned architectural firm which has completed more than 10,000 projects in over 50 countries.

The building, an unquestionable standout once finished, evokes symmetry and lightness. With a three-petal form, it will provide its dwellers with natural light and flowing ventilation. It will also treat them to picturesque vistas of the cityscape and the surrounding greenery: To the north, you’ll have the heart of Bonifacio Global City; to the southwest, the Manila Polo Club, Manila Golf Club, Forbes Park and Manila Bay; and to the Southeast, the serene view of Laguna Bay.

While the property will offer its residents the option to lounge in privacy, it will also help them socialize with the community. Its amenities include a 5,000-sqm resort-inspired pool and pool deck area. The canopy room will afford its users a stunning view, while the function rooms and lounges will allow for intimate celebrations. Aurelia Residences will also have a home cinema, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, and a well-equipped gym.

Because of such unique offerings and the fact that Shang Robinsons Properties will offer a limited collection of 285 bespoke homes, only a select few can become Aurelia Residences’ elite denizens.

The project resulted in a new standard of luxury that is thoughtful, timeless and well-crafted to the smallest details. It carved out a space in the bustling metropolis for premium and secure sanctuaries.

Aurelia Residences not only ups the ante for the brand of elegance Shang Properties has always been known for. It also sets the bar for upcoming works of its joint venture with Robinsons Land and sends a strong message to other major developers in the country: “Let’s make masterpieces.”
