Palscon holds national meet
The Philippine Association of Legitimate Service Contractors Inc. (Palscon), will hold its 9th national conference on Sept. 20 with the theme “Service Outsourcing Today.”
The Palscon conference this year will tackle three objectives: embracing challenges, to understand persisting labor policies and government directions and the threats of the 4th Industry Revolution, or the digital age; enabling industry, to come up with ideas on how the service contractors will collaborate and innovate activities in compliance with existing laws and threats of the future of work; and empowering human capital, for the conference to clearly spell out its socioeconomic benefits to both labor and business.
The Palscon conference will be held at the Manila Hotel Tent City, Manila. Guest speakers include Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III and Sen. Sherwin Gatchalian.
