“We are stronger, bigger and better than ever.” With this statement Nissan Commonwealth president Anna Lyne San Juan-Ponferrada formally reopened a refreshed dealership that will now offer the most comprehensive list of Nissan models including the Teana, X-Trail CVT, X-Trail 2.0L, Sentra 200, Sentra 1.3L and 1.6L, Grand Livina and Serena.

“This marks another milestone for our dealership, as we go full lineup. By partnering with Nissan Motors Philippines Inc., Nissan Commonwealth will be opening its doors to more customers who are expecting not only high quality Nissan vehicles but also the highest level of after-sales service,” said San Juan-Ponferrada.

The dealership that sits on a one-hectare Eco-Zone complex along Commonwealth Avenue offers a 14,000-square-meter floor area that included a multimillion-peso showroom and repair facilities.

In 1999, TelePhilippines and Teleperformance International of France awarded the dealership Teleperformance Grand Prix Customer Service Golden Award (Automotive Industry).

Since then, Nissan Commonwealth has been a consistent awardee, most prominent among them include the Global Nissan Sales and Service Way Award in 2005, Customer Satisfaction Excellence (NCR) in 2008, Performance and Impact Dealer-Vehicle Sales in 2009, and Most Improved Dealer-Vehicle Sales Operations in 2010.

Concentrated effort

“The reopening of the Nissan Commonwealth is also very meaningful for NMPI, as the company topped this year’s new-vehicle Sales Satisfaction Index Study conducted by JD Power Asia Pacific,” announced NMPI president and CEO Allen Chen during the event.

Garnering a score of 839—10 points above industry average, Nissan in the Philippines performed particularly well in delivery and salesperson factors, according to the study.

“Nissan is known for having one of the most extensive dealerships in the country and we take pride in the fact that each and every Nissan dealership provides the same total quality pre-sales and after-sales service, in fact, in league with the best Nissan dealerships of

other countries,” described Chen.

Chen said with the reinvigoration of Nissan Commonwealth and its decision to become “completely Nissan”, the dealership signifies a valued partnership between two companies that are committed to satisfy the Filipino motorists’ growing needs.
