Cebu Landmasters unveils mixed-use dev’t in Mandaue
Property developer Cebu Landmasters Inc. has unveiled a new P3.6-billion mixed-use project called Astra Centre that is seen to reshape the skyline of Mandaue City in booming Metro Cebu.
Astra Centre—which will rise on a 1.2-hectare lot on A.S. Fortuna Street, Mandaue City’s lifestyle hub that’s within striking distance from Cebu City—will have two towers rising from a shopping mall podium in its first phase of development.
The first 30-floor tower will feature a hotel and residential condominium, also part of the first phase of the project.
“Astra Centre’s strategic location combined with the synergies that will arise from the development’s components ensures a high-energy development,” said CLI chief executive officer Jose Soberano III, CLI chief executive officer. “Astra Centre will change the landscape of Mandaue City.”
Astra Centre Mall will be an upscale three-level boutique mall with 8,300 sqm of leasable area. It is designed to have a high ceiling with atrium, outdoor dining and retail stores at a paseo connected to a sunken garden and a supermarket, and cinemas.
The hotel component will be under the brand Radisson RED, a first in the Philippines. This will be a 146-room hotel to be operated by the Radisson Hotel Group.
