SM kicks off ‘So Much Beauty’ campaign to help busy shoppers

Christmas is the jolliest season of the year, but it can also be the most stressful with all the preparations for gatherings, including choosing, buying and wrapping presents for your loved ones.

SM Beauty, the specialty section of The SM Stores that offers personal care products, hopes to ease this burden by making emergency Christmas shopping faster and more convenient through its “So Much Beauty” campaign.

“Shopping doesn’t have to be stressful. Because when you’re stressed shopping, it would reflect on the kind of gift that you give,” SM Beauty senior marketing manager Sharon Presbitero-Decapia told the Inquirer in an interview at the campaign’s launch at SM Makati last month.

She said SM Beauty sections in all 59 stores nationwide offer gifts for everybody—women, men and even young girls and boys.

With about 2,500 square meters of floor space, the SM beauty section in SM Makati is the biggest beauty hall in the country, according to Decapia.

Aside from the wide array of personal care products, cosmetics, fragrances and tools, SM Beauty also offers gift sets for as low as P99 each.

And with the “Mix and Match” promo, shoppers may get three gift sets worth P99 each for only P279.

“What we’re giving the shoppers are actually convenience, choices, the widest range of cosmetics, fragrances, skin care, personal care products and the fun aspect, that’s what we want to emphasize,” she added.

“If you’re not stressed, if there’s no pressure, and if it’s relaxed, convenient and easy on the pocket, then you’ll have fun,” Decapia continued.

Aside from offering convenience and savings, SM Beauty’s “So Much Beauty” also gives shoppers the opportunity to bring home prizes.

For a minimum purchase of P500, which includes any gift set, SM advantage card and SM prestige card holders earn raffle entries to an electronic draw for a chance to win P20,000 worth of shopping credits. Over 100 winners will be chosen nationwide.

The campaign runs until early January.
