MANILA, PH – Embark on positive changes in your organization for 2017. Define organizational requirements and identify effective solutions in Business Analysis Seminar on February 24, 2017 at AIM Conference Center, Makati City, PH.

Business Analysis is a must to apply as organizations are adopting changes to improve and do better business.

In this course, participants will learn how to build real-world models that showed complex business requirements to be used as inputs in defining solutions (both functional and non-functional). A holistic approach in identifying requirements will be based on the overall enterprise architecture requirements.

The Business Analyst (BA) role is a link between Non-IT and IT for project developments and organizational change. BA aligns and analyzes changes in technology, process and people in the organization. He can provide high level solutions and estimates for a project which is under the process of procurement. Or, he could deliver revenue to the company by performing process improvement activities.
