CEBU CITY—Conglomerate Ayala Corp. (AC) on Monday announced the rebranding of its emerging businesses in energy, health, education, infrastructure, automotive and industrials.

Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala, AC chair and chief executive officer, also introduced the company’s three core values that cut across all of its businesses, including core “pioneering” brands such as Ayala Land Inc, Globe Telecom, Manila Water and IMI.

Guiding AC’s vision are three principles that Zobel de Ayala shared during the event—seeing potential (in challenges), making businesses better and improving lives.

He said that moving forward, they will align their goals along these values to help address the needs of the communities they serve.

Together, they will further “bolster innovation, synergy and dynamism for the Ayala group,” said Zobel.

While the company’s core brands “pioneered the future,” the emerging brands are seen to “accelerate” it.

Family Doc and Generika pharmacy, under AC Health, provide affordable health care services and generic medicine.

Affordable Private Education Center (APEC) schools, under AC Education, give more young Filipinos the chance at having quality education with its low rates.
