The perfectionist
I’m a simple person inside out—an introvert. While I shy away from the limelight, I could say that my genuine loyalty has rewarded me with the most valuable relationships in both my personal life and in my career. I prefer to spend holidays and create new memories with family and a tightly knit group of friends.
My husband and I share the pursuit to experience new places. We have a list, from A to Z, of spectacular places to explore. Seeing the world gives me a breather. It relaxes me as much as it replenishes my idea buckets.
I have quite a distinct passion toward animals, too. My dogs are family. I believe that animals in some special way, communicate to us some of life’s most moving lessons.
I belong to a workplace where many in Rockwell would fondly call our “second home.” Having been with the company for 12 years is not by chance, but by choice. More than building master-planned developments and defining skylines, the Rockwell Team, under the engaging leadership of Mr. Nestor Padilla, has truly put into serious practice each and every one of the company’s core values. I have observed this since day one, and it is amazing how these values have deliberately withstood the test of time. It is because of Rockwell’s soul that I have chosen to invest not just my time and energy at work, but also my future.
Passion for excellence drives me. As one grows with Rockwell, we deepen the commitment to deliver a wonderful neighborhood for our buyers as well as the people they nurture and value most. I always whisper to myself, “Think positive. Work hard. Make it happen.” It is true. With teamwork, nothing is impossible. On some days, we continue to surprise ourselves—doing things we simply thought we couldn’t achieve. At the end of it all, nothing beats the incredible sense of fulfillment the moment you see the community appreciating what has been created for them. It makes you glad just to be a part of it.
