THE COUNTRY’S flag carrier, Philippine Airlines (PAL), has been certified to be compliant with international standards on ground safety and operations.
According to International Air Transport Association (IATA) country manager Roberto Lim, PAL is the third airline in the Asia-Pacific to have been given by his organization a certificate of implementation of IATA Ground Operations Manual (IGOM).
