Fast. Lively. Cheerfully and joyfully.

This is how the music world defines the word “allegro.” This is also the way Robinsons Land Corp. would want to define the living experience of its future homeowners with its latest condominium development, The Allegro.

This 42-story upscale condominium tower, is the newest addition to the portfolio of Robinsons Luxuria, the premium property brand of RLC, and forms part of the second phase of the Sonata Place, an exclusive residential complex.

FEATURED STORIES

A private sanctuary in the heart of bustling Ortigas, The Allegro is set to provide future homeowners the upscale comfort and security of an exclusive gated community as well as the convenience of being in a strategic location.

Paramount importance

“The convenience and security of residents at The Allegro are of paramount consideration. The development has been well-thought-out so that residents are able to have every opportunity of living in a secure, gated community while having everything in the vibrant city within reach,” said RLC president and COO Frederick D. Go, during the launch of The Allegro.

RLC did some upgrading to make sure that The Allegro will meet the discerning taste of the Filipino buyers, he noted.

According to Go, the company also ensured extra care and attention in the selection of materials for The Allegro. Branded finishes and upgraded fixtures will be delivered together with each Allegro unit. At the same, the developer has “carefully planned the generous spaces of each individual unit to enhance gracious and refined living,” Go explained.

“These upgrades and add-ons that are to be expected by future Allegro unit owners include split-type air-conditioners in all units, branded kitchen and toilet fixtures, cooktop, range hood, solid surface kitchen countertop, built-in water filter in the kitchen and shower enclosure,” Go shared.

Top of the mind

Units at The Allegro, however, come at a quite hefty price tag: P5 million to as high as P23 million.

In case your budget for a condo unit falls short, The Allegro also offers an alternative: potential residents can go for the serviced residences, which will be located on the lower floors of the development, thus allowing them to still experience that upscale condo living at The Allegro.

And if all those features aren’t enough music to your ears, here are other notes that Go shares to make sure that The Allegro will be on top of the mind of every potential buyer.

  • Location. Situated at the corner portion of Sonata Place, bounded by San Miguel Avenue and Lourdes Street in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong, The Allegro is in the center of primary commercial establishments, offices (both local and multinational), schools and even medical institutions. Going home to The Allegro is also made convenient by its proximity to major roads like Edsa, Shaw Boulevard and C5.
  • Design. The building design takes inspiration from the contemporary architecture with its typical building details and expansive windows that encourage the use of natural light within the units, while the interior of common areas will feature a touch of neo-classic design.

The one-bedroom residential condominium unit ranges from 42.55 to 65.96 sq m, while the 2-bedroom unit would range from 114.29 to 119.12 sq m. The 3-bedroom units, which will be built on the upper floors, range from 149 to 169.64 sq m.
  • Safety features. Each unit and the common areas in the building will be equipped with safety features, such as automatic smoke detectors and fire alarm with sprinkler system. CCTV monitors will also be installed in selected areas and key card access system will also be implemented for the residents lifts to control unauthorized access to residential floors. The Allegro will also be equipped with a generator that will provide 100 percent backup electricity in all common areas, including the life safety system of the building as well as selected outlets in each residential unit, in case of a power failure.

THE ALLEGRO carefully planned the generous spaces of each individual unit to enhance gracious and refined living.

  • Amenities. Recreational facilities and amenities of The Allegro include an adult and kiddie pool, children’s play area, game and media rooms and a reading lounge. The Allegro’s Wellness Center will feature a fitness gym, spa and sauna facilities. A multipurpose function room and a sky bar at the roof deck will also be available to residents for larger gatherings.
  • Concierge services. The Allegro will also be offering concierge services that would provide utmost convenience and comfort to future tenants. These include messenger and courier services, restaurant reservations, bellhop service, newspaper and magazine delivery, housekeeping services, shoe polishing, laundry and dry-cleaning services.
