Caltex gas station at Micara Estates-Tanza soon to serve clients

Micara Estates-Tanza and Star Group Gas and Service Station Inc. signed a dealership agreement for a Caltex Service Station on May 9, 2015 at Micara Plaza, Micara Estates-Tanza. This partnership intends to give the growing community of Micara and Tanza with efficient and accessible facilities, as part of MLI’s commitment of delivering “caring” (“alaga”) environment and services to its residents.

The momentous event was attended by the Business Unit Head of MLI, Mr. Richard G. Tay, Ms. Rowena Bato, the Consultant from Star Group Gas and Service Station Inc., Sahud-Ulan barangay officials headed by Brgy. Captain Jose Arca, and other representatives from MLI.

During the contract signing, both parties discussed how the partnership came to be. In her speech, Ms. Bato delightedly informed everyone that finally, Chevron Philippines has given a go signal for this project to proceed. MLI, Caltex Philippines, and Tanza representatives alike were very grateful that this project would be operational at Micara Plaza in the coming months.

MLI launched Micara Estates-Tanza as its maiden project, offering affordable house and lots, which can be financed thru Pag-ibig, in Tanza, Cavite in 2014. Strategically situated along Antero Soriano Avenue, Brgy. Sahud-Ulan, Tanza, Cavite, Micara Estates-Tanza is just a short 30 minute-ride from Metro Manila via Cavitex. Already existing is Micara Plaza, a commercial center that will service the residents soon.
