VXI launches new recruitment hub in Makati
MANILA, Philippines—VXI Global Solutions launched a new recruitment hub in Metro Manila on Tuesday and this spoke a lot for the company.
For one, VXI country manager Jared Morrison said the company was looking into offering potential employees “better applicant experience” and “easy application flow” while also giving actual employees “easy access” to the new human resources department office.
Meanwhile, VXI vice president for human resources Jovencito Llanes added that with the new recruitment hub, they could “show (applicants) that we really take care of (them) … and that’s [also] how we take care of our people.”
“Once they enter our doors, they will really have that unforgettable experience,” Llanes said.

Thus, the company is on the lookout for 2,000 more employees who are searching for a work environment that’s “challenging, dynamic, offers a good career trajectory, and comes with fantastic pay,” Morrison said.
Opened in the Philippines in 2003, VXI currently has over 7,000 employees in the country.
Application process
The average application process in VXI takes three to four hours. Though faster compared to a nonbusiness process outsourcing (BPO) company job application, it is comprehensive and comes with several rounds of interviews.
Applicants will know whether they will get a job offer or not within the same day that they walk into the VXI recruitment hub.
Before launching the new hub, VXI processes 50-60 applicants a day. But from here and on, VXI is “looking into doubling or tripling that number,” Morrison said.
Why choose VXI?
Asked why applicants must ‘choose to be happy’ with VXI, Morrison said: “VXI is one of the best kept secrets of BPO in the Philippines. We’re not on a lot of big billboards, we don’t do a whole lot of advertising, because one of our most successful avenues of recruitment is actually our existing employees referring their friends and people that they think will also be a good fit. And because they like the job so much, they refer people to come work here. Our tenured management team really knows how to take care of them. We’re very employee-focused and people-focused.”
“[And] we reward those who perform extremely well,” Morrison added.
According to Llanes, they also exert great effort in continuously improving the 5Cs for VXI. These 5Cs include: company, compensation, career, culture, and communication.
The new VXI recruitment hub is located at SM Cybertwo, Jupiter and Zodiac Streets, corner Buendia Avenue in Makati City. It is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday. advt
