MANILA, Philippines—A new face of high-end Makati lifestyle is set to happen as Picar Development Inc. plans to develop an ultra-high-end residential skyscraper with international partners.

The project is set to rise at Picar Place, a lifestyle destination for dining and entertainment located along Kalayaan Avenue, Makati City.

Picar Place is also home to The Stratford Residences, a towering residential skyscraper powered by state-of-the-art technology.
