Avida Centera2 rides on crest of high sales, property boom
Barely five months since the launch of its first tower, Avida Centera is already opening up a fresh set of inventory through a second tower to rise in the bustling Mandaluyong City. “The first tower sold so fast, with only 119 units left and the demand remains high. With the opening of Tower 2, 642 units are available for purchase,” said Ryan Ybañez, project development manager of Avida Towers South.
