Trumps arriving Tuesday for Century Properties launch event
MANILA, Philippines—Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, the sons of business tycoon and real estate magnate Donald J. Trump, are arriving Tuesday to grace the official launch event this week of Philippine developer Century Properties’ Trump Tower Manila.
“We look forward to visiting Manila and the groundbreaking of this incredible property,” said Eric Trump. “Year after year Manila is growing more rapidly and has become one of the most prominent cities in Asia. Trump Tower Manila will be an incredible building and unlike anything else seen in the Philippines and beyond.”
Announced in September last year, Trump Tower Manila is a $150-million, 56-story residential building owned and developed by Century City Development Corp., a member of Century Properties Group Inc., with the brand name and mark under license from the New York-based Trump.
The project, which has sold 67 percent of its more than 220 units, will rise in 2016 on the 3.4-hectare vertical village called Century City on Kalayaan Avenue, Makati City.
