Announced in September last year, Trump Tower Manila is a $150-million, 56-story residential building owned and developed by Century City Development Corp., a member of Century Properties Group Inc., with the brand name and mark under license from the New York-based Trump.

The project, which has sold 67 percent of its more than 220 units, will rise in 2016 on the 3.4-hectare vertical village called Century City on Kalayaan Avenue, Makati City.
