The first tower of Avida Towers Riala has a total of 621 residential units, with 27 residential floors. It is now offering units to would-be residents, as well as investors.
Three types of units are available in Tower 1: studio units at 23 sq m; 1-bedroom unit at 41 sq m and 2-bedroom unit at approximately 56.6 sq m, all with affordable price tags ranging from P1.8 million to P5.5 million.
