Manila International Auto Show is a car buyer’s dream venue
MANILA, Philippines—The Manila International Auto Show has served as a haven for car buyers for the past seven years, whether one is searching for a practical commuter car, a spacious van, or something sporty and personal. The new cars debuting on the MIAS stands this year share one thing in common—they can all be bought right from the show floor.
MIAS not only brings together the country’s leading manufacturers and distributors on one show floor, it also allows car buyers to experience the cars from the MIAS grounds. Many of the exhibitors will set up test drive centers at MIAS, so that interested customers can drive and compare their choices.
Many automakers have enjoyed sales at MIAS, including luxury brands and highly specialized vehicles. For example, the Mazda MX-5 enjoyed healthy outright sales and reservations right after it was uncovered. For this reason, many manufacturers are perennial exhibitors at the event.
This year is no different as MIAS will be presented by none other than BPI Family Auto Loans. BPI Family Auto Loans will be holding its famous Auto Madness event at MIAS.
BPI Family Auto Madness’ third nationwide installment is part of BPI’s celebration of its 160th anniversary.
“We pioneered the Auto Madness 13 years ago in Cebu where it became such a huge success that we brought it to a national scale in 2009,” says David Sarmiento, Jr., SVP and Head of Auto and Motorcycle Loans Division. “This year, we are presenting the 2011 Manila International Auto Show and bringing another installment of the Auto Madness. We are again sending a positive message for 2011 as we empower and make it easy for Filipinos to purchase a car through this venue where accessible and convenient financing by BPI Family meets the best vehicles of various brands.”

Making car buying a less daunting and even a sheer delight with the myriad choices on the show floor, MIAS has always been about car buying as much as exhibition
MIAS runs from April 7 to 10, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. at the World Trade Center and Philippine Trade Training Center, Pasay City.
