Its flagship project, BE Residences Lahug, hosts the Condovision units, together with standard studios, one-bedroom units, two-bedroom units, Garden suites, and three-story gated Maisonettes.

A unique approach

Condovision is one of several residential types being offered in BE Residences Lahug. This modern home, however, is unique in its interpretation of condominium living.

For one, the home features a two-story layout that rivals a single-detached home in terms of space.

Three bedrooms with a toilet and bath for every room is accommodated in each unit. One separate maid’s quarter and bath can also be found in each home. A designated parking slot fronting each unit ensures that homeowners have easy access to their cars at any time of the day.

Second, there is a lift access made exclusively available to the homeowners. This feature is separate from the building’s common lifts. Providing privacy and accessibility options, the exclusive lift enables homeowners to reach their homes without any obstructions.

Lastly, each Condovision features an open living-dining area that permits flexibility in terms of layout and design. The users can use the space to personalize the unit, incorporating areas such as a study, a computer corner or a play nook for various members of the family.
