GStocks PH, offered by AB Capital Securities Inc. within the GCash app, imposes no maximum order limit for the IPO. Allocations, however, depend on available shares.

“By allowing users to set up and fund their wallets in a matter of minutes, and be able to participate responsibly in the capital markets, we are proving that investing and building a stronger financial future is no longer out of reach for Filipinos,” said Winsley Bangit, group head of new businesses at Mynt.

Orders exceeding the first 100 shares will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Order fulfillment starts Oct. 8, and investors can track their allocation status through the platform.

Should demand exceed AB Capital’s initial share allocation, investors may continue placing orders and await the results after the offer period. These subscriptions are not guaranteed, and unused funds will be refunded.
