DigiPlus said one of the framework’s key pillars is “Safe and Responsible Play,” under which the company is enhancing its in-app responsible gaming tools and strengthening its 24/7 customer care capabilities.
The company said players may access support resources through its EmbracePLUS helplines, while education and awareness initiatives are being expanded to encourage safe and balanced participation in digital entertainment.
It also noted that its industry-first surety bond program remains available across its platforms as an added financial safeguard.
“Guided by our ‘Entertainment for Good’ vision, we continue to invest in innovation and technology to deliver the best possible entertainment experiences for our customers while ensuring that our commitment to player protection, strong corporate governance and positive community impact grows alongside our business,” DigiPlus president Ping Chen said.
Apart from responsible gaming, the framework covers entertainment offerings, community development and corporate integrity.
The company highlighted governance measures, including the integration of the ArenaPlus sportsbook with the Sportradar Integrity Exchange, a global network designed to help detect suspicious betting activities in real time.
Meanwhile, DigiPlus said its foundation spent P84 million in 2025 on programs that benefited nearly 1 million Filipinos.
