FLI raises P9B from latest bond offering

MANILA, Philippines – Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) has raised P9 billion from a fresh bond offering, providing additional funding as it continues to tap the domestic debt market for capital.

The Gotianun-led property developer said it successfully issued P9 billion worth of Series E fixed-rate bonds due 2029, carrying an annual interest rate of 7.3993 percent.

The bonds were listed on the Philippine Dealing & Exchange Corp. on June 2.

The latest fundraising forms part of the company’s P35-billion shelf-registered bond program approved by regulators in 2023.

FLI said the issuance represents the third tranche under the program, following the P11.4-billion first tranche listed in December 2023 and the P12-billion second tranche listed in March 2025.

With the latest offering, the company has now raised a total of P32.4 billion from the shelf registration.

The Series E bonds have a three-year tenor and will mature in 2029.

The successful bond sale comes as Philippine property developers continue to diversify funding sources through the capital markets, allowing them to secure longer-term financing while broadening their investor base.

Earlier this year, FLI had secured board approval to raise up to P11.57 billion through a bond issuance to fund expansion and refinance debt.

The property developer said proceeds would refinance existing obligations and bankroll priority capital projects across its business segments.

Following the latest issuance, only about P2.6 billion remains available under FLI’s P35-billion shelf registration program. /pai INQ
