MANILA, Philippines – Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) and Filinvest REIT Corp. have been included in the portfolio of the Atram Trust Corp. Philippine Sustainable Development and Growth Fund, highlighting growing investor interest in companies with strong sustainability credentials and stable earnings.

The fund invests in around 20 Philippine Stock Exchange listed firms identified through a proprietary evaluation framework that measures how sustainability is integrated into business operations and strategy.
FLI said its sustainability efforts include green building development, energy efficiency programs, water conservation and community-focused initiatives aligned with key SDGs.
The Atram SDG Fund reportedly posted returns of about 17.6 percent to 18.6 percent in 2024 while managing an estimated P300 million to P400 million in assets.
The inclusion comes as FLI’s office leasing segment continued to deliver stable recurring income despite cautious market conditions. INQ
