For Lim, the award reflects a leadership philosophy grounded in balance— “one that sees trust, empathy, and connection as essential to delivering strong business outcomes.”
“Our responsibility as leaders is not only to meet goals, but to ensure that every interaction with our associates builds trust, understanding, and a genuine sense of belonging,” Lim said.
He added that winning the Top Workplace in Asia award for four straight years shows that their approach works — “not as a one-time initiative, but as a culture that continues to grow stronger over time.”
The ACES Awards is widely regarded as one of the region’s most selective platforms for leadership and sustainability. It recognizes organizations that “demonstrate excellence rooted in strong values, responsible leadership, and measurable impact.”
ACES evaluators also noted that Foundever sustains high performance without losing sight of the people behind the results. In its official citation, ACES highlighted the company’s “practical blend of people-centric empathy and operational discipline.”
