Cooking gas prices slashed by P5/kg
Retailers of cooking gas have slashed their prices by between P5 and P5.25 per kilogram effective today (Tuesday) to reflect the continued downtrend in the international contract price of liquefied petroleum gas.
Petron Corp. cut its LPG price by P5.25 per kg, equivalent to a P65 decrease for every 11-kg cylinder. At the same time, Petron rolled back the price of its autoLPG by P3.29 a liter.
Meanwhile, Isla LPG Corp. also cut the price of its Solane brand of cooking gas (formerly Shellane) by P5 per kg, or roughly P55 per 11-kg tank.
