Cebu Landmasters starts work on P 9.2-B condo complex
MANILA, Philippines — Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) has begun building its P9.2-billion Japanese-inspired residential project dubbed The Wave Towers in Cebu.
The company said on Friday that construction of the first tower called Nagomi has already started.
The Nagomi tower will stand 40 storeys high with 709 units packed with premium features, such as a modern kitchen, built-in storage, smart locksets, among others.

This tower will also have a commercial podium and a shared amenity dock with spa, pool complex, fitness center, Japanese garden, kids’ play area and game room.
The podium levels, meanwhile, will house retail spaces.
CLI chair and chief executive officer Jose Soberano III said the rise of The Wave Towers will serve “as a testament to Cebu’s growing prominence as a center for world-class real estate development.”
This marks the first joint venture between CLI and NTT Urban Development (NTT UD) Asia. It is a subsidiary of NTT Group, one of the largest Japanese corporations.
“The groundbreaking and launch of Phase 1 of The Wave Towers mark a significant milestone for both Cebu Landmasters and NTT UD. This partnership brings to life a shared vision—one that c/ombines innovation, craftsmanship, and respect for culture and community,” Soberano said.
To ensure that The Wave Towers meet international standards and can mirror Japanese architecture, both parties have also tapped Nikken Sekkei and SY2.
The group is also preparing for its Luzon debut next year. /rwd
