Will life’s cycles improve traders’ prospects?

MANILA, Philippines—“By learning to chart and cross-plot life events, executives and entrepreneurs can start new ventures during the optimal times for growth,” says business consultant and spiritual guru Master del Pe.

“This applies to determining the best times to sign contracts, buy properties and establish new markets or product lines. If there is a need to end a partnership, knowing when the energy for releasing old relationships (without much conflict) is available can help to keep a business running smoothly,” he adds.

Del Pe is a Chinese-American born in the Philippines and now based in Houston, Texas. He is an author and educator who has lectured in over 80 countries. His many other concerns include life after death, energy medicine, wellness, meditation and yoga, martial arts, healing; and curricula for corporations, children, teenagers and families.

He preaches the universal law of right timing as reflected in the seven cycles of life. His teachings may seem vague and esoteric to some, including this writer. The implication is that things will become clearer with a one-day workshop, as an initial step perhaps.

Thus, the author will hold a one-day workshop on April 28 at Jollibee Plaza (32/F), Ortigas Center, Pasig City (call Rosan 0918-888-9198). This will be on the Seven Cycles of Life, to be followed on April 29 by a workshop on Life after Death.

“Life is characterized by cycles,” says Del Pe in an online interview. “There is the flow and rhythm of Nature’s seasons. Life, like Nature, is qualified by periodic cycles. There is a time to destroy, a time to create and a time to preserve. Knowing when to position business or personal decisions is a hidden ingredient to success.”

He believes that “understanding the 7 Cycles of Life reduces conflicts and tensions in the office and at home. It’s like swimming with the current instead of fighting it. You will be able to predict when your co-workers will flow with creative ideas or be depleted, when money comes easily and when you are most likely to be deceived. You will be able to determine when your competitors are in their strongest times of the year.”

This knowledge is expected to help you “to leverage the science of timing to make better decisions, and reduce the uncertainties and second-guessing that result in stress and anxiety. It gives you the wisdom to create win-win solutions for your business, staff and in the marketplace.”

According to Del Pe, one can apply the formula of right timing in starting a business, or buying and selling property: “Timing does affect outcomes in life. It’s like planting; if you plant during the typhoon season, you can’t expect a good harvest. But if you plant during the right phase of the dry season, when conditions are ideal, you are likely to harvest a high crop yield. Our lives and our businesses work the same way.”

He adds: “There are times in the year and in the overarching Soul Cycle when mistakes are more likely to occur, when pent-up emotions are harder to control, or when people feel exhausted and more pessimistic.”

And—take note—“one of these is just before a birthday. Therefore, it’s best to avoid major decisions at that time, if at all possible.”
