PNB logs more than P200B in trust assets under management

MANILA, Philippines — Philippine National Bank (PNB) on Wednesday said it has surpassed ₱200 billion in total Trust Assets Under Management  earlier this year.

Jiah R. Santos, chief trust officer at PNB, said in a statement achieving this latest milestone reflected their clients’ confidence in the bank.

“Through strategic innovation, a client-centric approach, and a clear focus on financial inclusion, we continue to earn the trust of the market and deliver value to our stakeholders,” Santos said.

The bank said achieving the milestone was the result of several key initiatives. These include the enhanced delivery of digital investment services. One such service is the PNB UITF Online facility through PNB Digital. This recently exceeded the ₱1-billion mark in total online subscriptions.

The bank has also ramped up its financial literacy programs and investor forums. This extended the initiatives’ reach to employees, cooperatives, and organizations across the country. 

Further, the bank has completed its suite of automated client reporting tools. These helped ensure more timely, convenient, and sustainable delivery of financial information.
