MANILA, Philippines – A team from Ateneo de Manila University won the HSBC Philippines Business Case Competition held on April 5, earning the right to represent the country at the regional level.

University of Asia and the Pacific placed first runner-up, while Siliman University finished second runner-up, with one of their students receiving the Best Presenter award for the overall competition.

The event held at Ateneo brought together 15 teams from top universities across the country to tackle real-world business cases and vie for the chance to represent the Philippines at the regional finals in Hong Kong.

FEATURED STORIES

As national champion, Team 309 Consulting of Ateneo will join the HSBC/HKU Asia-Pacific Business Case Competition in June, going head-to-head with 20 other university champions from various territories across the region.

Held in partnership with the Asia Case Research Centre of the University of Hong Kong, the competition provides undergraduates with a platform to develop business strategy, critical thinking and presentation skills in a real-time setting.
