Gotianun-led Filinvest Development Corp. (FDC) is expanding its presence in Clark, Pampanga, with the opening of a new hotel and mall.

Filinvest Hospitality Corp. senior vice president Francis Gotianun said that the group was encouraged to invest further in the former American base as more locators are deciding to set up shop there.

Gotianun said the Filinvest Group, which is marking its 70th anniversary this year, was pushing ahead with the development of Crimson Clark Hotel that should open by 2028.

The five-star Crimson Clark will have 326 rooms with an average room size of 43 square meters.

Their 21,000-square-foot mall within the Filinvest Mimosa Estate, on the other hand, is set to open in the fourth quarter of 2025.
