Over the next decade, Megaworld is investing nearly P50 billion to develop both Paragua Coastown, a 462-ha eco-tourism community in San Vicente, and Baytown Palawan, a 6-ha mixed-use lifestyle estate in Puerto Princesa City.

For those eager to call Paragua Coastown home, Megaworld has the 10-story Oceanfront Premier Residences, its inaugural beachside condo offering 189 smart units along with sweeping views. Another option is the 16-ha Paragua Beach Village, where lots are offered. Construction is underway for both projects.

The Bellagio Palawan will offer smart homes equipped with the latest wireless systems that can be accessed via an app.

By next year, land development will already commence for its anchor residential enclave called The Bellagio Palawan, a 12-story upscale condominium featuring 188 smart home units.
