PAL launches Cebu to Catarman flights

MANILA, Philippines – Flag carrier Philippine Airlines (PAL) launched the first ever direct flights between Cebu and the municipality of Catarman in Northern Samar on Mar. 4, expanding its domestic network.
The Cebu-Catarman flights are operated thrice weekly.

PAL is deploying its 86-seater De Havilland Dash 8-400 Next Generation aircraft for this route.
“We are proud to open our new Cebu-Catarman route, the latest investment by Philippine Airlines in building new connections to facilitate tourism, local businesses and economic growth,” said PAL Express President Rabbi Vincent Ang.
The flag carrier flies to 19 domestic and four overseas destinations from Mactan-Cebu airport.
