Leading the pack of ID8’s wins was 8List.ph’s “Bak8 Nga Ba?” series, which secured the top prize in the PR tools category, the Platinum Anvil Award. It also won a Gold Anvil Award for the PR Tools (Multimedia) category. “Bak8 Nga Ba?” aimed to redefine the role of social media in education, turning complex topics into digestible and engaging short videos, making learning meaningful, accessible, and fun for Millennials and Gen Z.
BiteSized.ph’s “Bringing Filipino Flavors to Life” bagged a Silver Anvil for Best Use of Social Media. ID8’s campaign portfolio also extended to critical advocacies. AstraZeneca’s “Breathe Better” initiative, dedicated to raising awareness about respiratory conditions like asthma and COPD, won a Silver Anvil Award for Best Use of Social Media. Meanwhile, Maynilad’s “Be a Leak Warrior – NRW Campaign” earned a Silver Anvil for Best Use of Influencer Marketing, showcasing how partnerships with relatable influencers can inspire communities to act on critical issues like water conservation.
Onwards and Upwards
The Agency of the Year award marks a new chapter for ID8, Inc., which launched in 2010 initially as the digital arm of PR agency Stratworks, Inc. Once known primarily as the publisher of groundbreaking online titles — namely 8List.ph, BiteSized.ph, and WindowSeat.ph — ID8 has steadily expanded into full-service agency operations. This award is a testament to how the agency has grown into a force to be reckoned with in the PR and communications industry.
“This recognition is a powerful reminder to set the bar even higher in 2025. We are determined to step up to this challenge and to continue delivering inspiring and impactful work that drives meaningful change,” says Oliver Conda, co-CEO of ID8, Inc.
