Patients of St. Luke’s Medical Center-Global City can now review their health records and pay their bills digitally from the comfort of their rooms with the launch of Converge ICT Solutions Inc.’s digital concierge services—a first for Philippine hospitals.

The internet service provider has equipped over 400 rooms in the hospital with this solution that also enables patients to access movie and music streaming platforms, in addition to digital viewing of test results and treatment plans in real time.

The patients can do so through Converge-powered smart TVs installed in the hospital rooms.
